CHROMA BENCH

FURNITURE DESIGN

The Chroma Bench was inspired by the colors, patterns and materiality of the maritime environment. The seating surface is a contemporary interpretation of linear decking found on classic wooden runabout boats. The rear “billboard” of the bench was influenced by vibrant water hues. Designed by Make Stuff as a team submission to the Street Seats competition for the Fort Point Channel in Boston. Winner, People's Choice Award! (2013)
